wypipo...

You can negate this completely just by drinking more water

wypipo have figured out immortality and we're mocked for it

how many of those at risk are obese/smokers/alcoholics? if your kidneys work and you drink enough water there's nothing wrong with salt

What if I salt it before putting it at the table?

Wypipo be like
>How the heck am I gonna spice my food now?

Of course not. I add Tony's instead! :^)

Seems like bullshit to me. Humans salted their food since prehistoric times.

I use about 15 grams salt per day + whatever I get from cheese and such
Salt is healthy just dont be deficient in potassium and other minerals

Most of the food unless you made it by scratch is already salty

whitebrethren.... they are going after OUR ONLY spice.....

Lmfao

Wypipo... you was just trynna save my life... I'll never make fun of your pasty asses again...

>Researches have found that, indeed, correlation DOES equal causation!

>Bachlnaw

I never but anything extra on my food and I hate when food is served to me with additional sauce or pepper etc. on it.
I just want to eat potatos without bullshit like mayonnaise or salt. They taste fine by themselves. I have autism,

ypipo be like this salt is too spicy

Yeah this is the real key:
The human body needs a certain ratio or balance of sodium and potassium. The health problems associated with sodium typically only occur in people who are deficient in potassium.

Additionally, it seems notable that the human body is much better at eliminating excess sodium (through urine etc) than trying to operate with sub-minimum amounts of sodium.

It’s also highly dependent on your diet. For example someone on a ketogenic diet is going to need a lot more salt than someone whose diet consists mainly of carbs.
