I am trying to make my own Anki deck for Spanish. It is intended to be purely in Spanish and work through definitions and expanations of the word in question.
Should I put the main word of the card on the front or back? Basically should I first read the word and then try to know what it means or have the definition pop up first and then guess the word from it.
What is this question? You're not reading definitions when you're reading a book, user. You're reading the word itself. Of course you should put the word on the front.
