Did you watch the movie though? She hits him with a surprise attack stab to the leg. He BTFOs her and literally rugby tackles her to the ground and is able to survive for long enough for someone to arrive and save him. He survived literally BECAUSE he is a big nigga that held her off for long enough even as he was losing massive amounts of blood from his thigh and could barely stand.
