Colab is an option. Like the other user said, try lesser version on Python, Volde's ui says it requires 3.10 iirc, though i've ran it on 3.6.

Are you on linux? Make a file, put

on windows open webui.bat and add this to the top

I only tried the OpenVINO version a bit, but I wasn't able to make it work with Python 3.10, I had to download Python 3.9.

If you're using Python for something else and you don't want a different version messing things up, I recommend WinPython, which is portable.
