Can someone explain to me as if I were 10yo how the fuck do I 'git pull'? It keeps giving me a fatal error. >fatal: not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git What exactly do I have to type/do? Thanks
git pull is only for updating an already downloaded repository. Use git clone (url) instead.

u need to initialize it, it creates a hidden .git folder containing metadata git init git pull

but that's what I want to do I want to update it last time I had to download it again and copy paste it on my installed folder to get rid of the Restore Faces error because it refused to update I already had it installed and running, I just wanted to know how to update it do I just open git bash and type that I'm a complete noob and just want to make pretty ladies

ye open terminal since your on windows you can open it in the address bar by typing bash afaik or right clicking in the dir then u can type git status to see if it's a git dir git pull downloads and merges files, if the remote is setup properly then it should update if you initialized it for the first time then u need to set the remote url yourself

Looks like you're not in a git repo? All else fails, recloning it would also work.

No, I used git clone specifically because the guide told me it was gonna be easier to update. I managed to fix it tho, thanks to my 4channel brethren and some googling. All is good now.
so how many sampling steps is too much? I was doing 100 yesterday with 10 on the CGF scale and it gave me a shit ton of wondys that look like gal gadot I got voldy working and adding gal gadot to the negative is having mixed results, she doesnt look like her anymore but its not exactly attractive anymore either
you might want to combine it with the vram params too
