I was watching that one Kowabana channel you linked, it is pretty good.
She is doing a playthrough of that one Wonderswan game and it made me think of how I wanted to make one of those visual novel horror games. I recall I wanted to do that but a hecking person I helped come up stole my idea. May he hecking suffer my fren.

Well to be fair with you, there is a thing in visual novels I have seen called a scenario creator/planner or something. While I am not good at writing I do have several ideas for stories, like rough outlines of what happens in them.
Most of my stories involve protagonists who are bad people. I don’t know if that is something that would make the game less interesting. What do you think? Are evil or morally questionable protagonists less, more or equally interesting?

It is different because the old site added on a bit to cards like "MADE IN CARD CHINA!" which was dumb and we don't want that on the cards so there might be a shift in card-style just slightly!
Heck, it's like that one dark-skinned Viking character in the BOI vidya they made a while back, the God of War one!
