Build a 10 inch deep frame around it and get a 5 gallon pail a hammer drill with a long mixer bit and I dunno 15-20 bags of concrete mix and just keep dumping them in until it's too high to dump anymore.
Then pray that it holds. On second thought 12 inches of depth would make a 10 inch minimum
