4. when reading texts, use a marker and explain whats happening in your words in every passage
5. pump that coffein or amphetamine (adderal or ritalin are basically amphetamines)

there are percentages of keeping knowledge, depending on techniques. explaining stuff to soone has the highest chance of keeping stuff for ever, since you trick your brain to thinking its important af.
