The worst thing I can see is that you have a pronounced anterior pelvic tilt, probably from sitting in front of a computer too long. (See in the middle pic how your belly slumps forward and your butt sticks out? That's an anterior pelvic tilt.)

Do a few 60-second glute bridges throughout the day and, when you're reading, supplement them with a 30- or 60-second plank. You'd be amazed at how quickly your posture responds.
