There is Distant Worlds, but it's it's a 4x game, so it's just pretty much a portrait and parameters.

I am vidya gaem director of my own game which will never come out and I'll probably get demotivated, stop working on it in a few months, and then cry when I don't continue my project.

Anyway, with my game, having characters that are too tall or too wide restricts the dungeons I'm able to create in terms of it's geography. Insane Clipping to name just one. Making characters with wings, you'd obviously want to use them, so then I have to account for that every single dungeon. Right now, I'm working on a swinging rope to get over gaps, much like Nathan Drake or Link. Why waste your time getting the rope, finding the hook to swing over, and actually swinging across successfully... when you could just jump over it. That removes a simple puzzle that I can't use because of those wings. As of right now, there are 14 dungeons that has a hole/object in the way that could be easily ignored because of flying. Also, trying to create an entirely different plane and mechanics to account for flight is something that is way out of my expertise.

Animating and Modeling is the most tedious part of creating my video game. It saves me literally dozens of hours if I can simply re-use the animations across the different races. EVERYTHING has to be calculated once more in combat, because their hitbox will be completely different. The player, because gamers in general are stupid, will have a difficult time understand the races reach and mobility. Might sound fun, but it isn't. Imagine every hour or so, your camera inverts randomly and stays that way until it randomly swaps again.

Adding a creature with innate weapons makes the actual weapons in the game suffer, since you'll ignore them. Then I have to balance the entire game around those innate weapons and guess what? You'll get bored of using the exact same innate weapons and will want to change.

I intended my game to be public, not just something people glance at over on the 95. Not a shitty asset flip, a 2d side scroller, or some garbage cartoony looking hack n slash. An actual game, reminiscent of Monster Hunter 1, Runescape, and a touch of Dragon's Dogma.
But no mindless banging. I wanted an actual romance system. One character would wear robes and a mask to hide herself, for the religion she is forced to follow because of her appearance and powerful, inborn magical prowess. Romance would not have banging at all, since you cannot see her bare skin. You'd have to wear a blindfold for any intimacy, but only skindeep.
The other option would be a tall, lizard like female with a very large, thick, long tail. Their race are dying off, the females birthing only stillborn. The romance would discuss this, then would attempt to impregnate her yourself, creating a hybrid of children much like the Titans of old did. Male-only romance.

It sounds stupid, I know. But hopefully if I do a good job world-building, it won't be. It'll be cool.

A cataclysm, brought forth from a serpent-like Deity that swirls around the world, causing flood, tsunami's, the ground to crack open and sink cities. One God uses his power to create portals and send us to different worlds. Similar, but not too much so. A planet that was once inhabited by a race before whose magic advanced so far, they no longer worshipped the Gods and would be punished for it. How that happen would be told through snippets found in Dungeons and pieces in the world. But that's not important. So, only a few made it to the planet and you are given options in how you want to explore the new world.

You can be a simple farmer and grow crops on the side. A carpenter who chops trees and prepares them for use in making bridges to create shortcuts around the land or making homes for the villages you squat in. A fisherman and hunter to provide food for the few who are still here. Or, since combat is all anybody cares about, a fighter. A warrior, rogue, or mage are the three distinctions, but I want to go further in-depth. I don't want to have a game centered around numbers. So each weapon has it's own moveset, each class has it's own way of handling the puzzles in the game, and magic is more focused on utility as opposed to killing swathes of enemies. I want to include stuff like Druids who can shapeshift to handle puzzles and combat. Or alchemists who have to understand how various ingredients work to create potions, salves, and bombs to handle puzzles and combat again. No fast-travel, no unlimited healing, no save-anywhere-you-want, and light survival mechanics.

There technically is no end-game at the moment, but the story revolves around Time, how to handle the past and future, and such. It's an interesting topic, I think. But I'm retarded, so who knows.
