$100 per year and it's the same thing as ssms or azure data studio that are free. I guess if you use some database that has no ide it might be handy

DataGrip is just a standalone version of the database tools in Idea

JetBrains is Czech. They are basically at the opposite end of the slav spectrum from Russia.
