I'm not in managing branch (although the option has been given to me) but I do know that it's a lot of organizing, scheduling, posting every day at least 3 times a day, organizing mass messages on the daily, lot of work. I suggest getting a team of at least 8 people per model, half of which would go exclusively to responding to dm's. The rest would be content organizers, taggers, feed managers etc.

To be fair I'm a bit of a worker bee myself, so I'm not sure what the professional relationship between my agency and the models is. Whatever it is though I completely stand by it, these girls never touch their accounts but they are EXHAUSTED.

Yea, I got a big one for you: don't do it. It only makes so much money if you:
1) Find a particular niche that can be exploited
2) You are conventionally attractive, not just your body but your face as well
3) Grind it out day and night, not just making content but also responding to every single horny man's dm's you'll get.

If you STILL wanna go through the hell that is running your own OnlyFans account, here's some:
1) FaceTune is your friend. It's wrong, and it'll give you severe self-image issues, but it'll be worth more than finding a perfect angle+lighting+position.
2) Make at least 3 month's worth of content before even making your account. This ensures daily interaction between you and your fans.
3) DON'T PUT YOUR NUDE/EXPLICIT CONTENT ON YOUR FEED. The absolute bulk of the operation is in the messages, where you bait horny dudes into buying hundreds of dollars worth of content. Pictures typically 3-5 dollars, short videos (30--60 seconds) 10-15 dollars, any videos with toys 15-20 dollars and any videos with another person 20+ dollars.

How important is the username for a model, is this something you workshop or is it a non issue compared to other parts of advertising/marketing?

It's the only question I could think of.

I'm not sure, but every single one of those girls never use their own name, they're like traditional porn stars in that way. To protect their integrity and character I won't be listing any real names or accounts, but almost none of them have dots/dashes or any numbers of the sort.

I exclusively manage incoming messages. This is where over 70% of most of these girls' revenue comes from, I lead these guys on and play along with them riling them up then hit them with a sale, see for prices.

Because I'm a full time student who barely has any vacations (not semesters, so I only get about 1-2 weeks of vacation between school periods), this is work from home and it's only half-time. If I went into a management role, I'd have to give up school and there's no way in hell I'm trading an education for a fucking OnlyFans model.

I have no idea. We're mostly kept in the dark over what happens 1-2 levels above us, I have access to one model's Telegram but that's for managing custom content, and she's not one of the girls I work for (the agency manages dozens of models).

Well my boyfriend felt pretty insecure about it in the beginning, but it's better. I wanna say it's fun leading on dudes into thinking they're talking to this 5'4 thick latina but sometimes it's degrading, I've had a lot of guys pay me hundreds of bucks to roleplay them torturing their wives, girlfriends, sisters, fuck even their daughters. That's where I've gotten in trouble with my agency, because I've blocked these men after a certain point. I've cried tears of rage with my fists balled up in my face because of a guy who had roleplayed raping and torturing his girlfriend several times, he kept sending me pictures of her and saying how much he wanted to hurt her.
