SRS ANSR: Yes, there are a bunch that can help with social anxiety. SNRIs like Lexapro are commonly prescribed. For people who only have situational anxiety (as opposed to chronic anxiety where you're anxious all the time) a benzodiazepine like Ativan can be helpful. You should totally talk to your doc.
