i was a tip worker and i personally refuse to tip counter service workers. fast food/takeout/coffee etc. You're literally just packaging food for a cook. half the time they dont even take ur order anymore, u use a kiosk. why tf would i tip you?

Actually have to remember people's orders and carry food too/from tables and clear tables and seat customers and handle complaints etc like a real waitress then u can get a fucking tip until then fuck off.

i dont have big tits and im not great looking and i was making like $600-700 a week waiting tables, and that was at a small mom and pop diner ina smallish town. if u work at a high end place u can easily make double that, prob more if u bartend.

I just got back from a 2 week stay in Norway which is a socialist country, and everything was moderately priced, no different than what we pay in the USA (except for beer which was way more expensive), and even got free ferry rides across the fjords. USA likes to boast about freedom, but I could do literally anything in Norway that I could in America, except deny the holocaust, which is something that Norwegians aren't exactly jealous of us for. The only homeless people in Norway are the one's that choose to be, and still receive help from the government if they accept it, and all have free healthcare that has modern equipment and medicine as the US has. Which broken system are you comparing the post you shared to?

Norway is a welfare state with a huge private sector, a society founded on Christian ethics (which they're unfortunately slowly turning away from, at their people's expense). Socialists have lots of problems with those countries and you'd know that if you made a comparison between Scandinavia and places like North Korea and Venezuela or Cuba.

factual. only one girl i worked with made shit in tips and it was because she was a lazy fat nigger that wouldn't check on her tables, wouldn't take away used dishes, wouldn't top coffee off, she'd literally take the orders, bring the food, and then hide in the back texting ignoring her fucking tables. the rest of us were pulling at least $100 a shift if not more.

Those people should be paid fairly by their employer, not reliant on customer donations. A lot of the time in higher end food places they will include a service fee which covers tips but regular fast food etc you cannot tip them (they are paid properly).

Nah, that's actually a pretty average salary dude. im not good looking, my resturant wasn't high end. it was literally waffle house tier. i just hussled and did my job good and was pleasant and people tip good when u give good service big shocker. (except niggers they dont tip at all).
