I do honestly believe that women can compete with men on the same level in games that require less physical strength/endurance.

A CSGO pro will play CSGO for 16 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year to become the best. While female pro-players has shown that they will prac with their team for a few hours a day and then go out with their friends.
