Any Forums is about the worst place to ask and youre not being specific. You can take preventive measures to avoid a repeat. Then your choices are move on with your life or seek to make amends to whoever besides you was affected negatively. The best any of us can do is try to not be fuck ups and be good to one another.

I really hate to ask for help unless it's like a blood feud sort of deal. It's fucked up to ask for people to do that kind of thing. I usually won't ask anyone to come along unless they want to be a witness. If you got a problem with me we can find a neutral location to settle things. If you want to fight me over a woman I'm not going to bother to show up. I probably already fucked her and you can't unfuck her. I won't fight over bullshit like that.
