Incorrect, you can easily brew beer and wines in clay vessels, and even distillation can be done without metal (the Chinese make a spirit called ‘buffalo dung wine’ that is sealed with buffalo dung that is distilled using clay vessels, mud and bamboo).
And they can’t handle booze because they’re an Asian race (complete with shovel-shaped incisors) that is deficient in the enzyme alcohol dehydrogenase.
