I think she was ok with it. I used plain tomato sauce because she doesn't like how much garlic is in store bought spaghetti sauce but I didn't add any salt because I thought the salt from the cheese would be enough but it could have used more salt. the cheese was good though. I used ricotta, mozz, and parmesan but not the parmesan that usually has sawdust added to it.

For what it's worth, the plain tomato sauce is what my familial folks make and people seem to like it for what it's worth so I think you're all good!
