I'm not a carfag I'm more of a truck guy. Those city slicker cars often have a pressure cut off switch if you don't top off your blinker fluid. Makes the entire car stop. Looks like you had a real wheel drive this is what happens when you don't fill the blinker fluid and it slams on it's breaks really fast. Whole thing rips apart .

reset the hyperthermoid actuator diaphragm by setting it to 63°. it located by the thermal output exhaust sensor in the bumper flange. once reset, you have exactly two minutes to prime ignition fluid demodulator. you're welcome

I see it; your brake shaft is just bad. Just call up an O'Reillys and ask for a new one, they're super cheap.
Once you get your part, it just bolts right in on top of the cam rotor. Right next to your blinker fluid reservoir.

I forgot to mention that's 63° atdc. then once running spin it to 45° btdc with the vacuum line unhooked to the sun visor dimaculator. forgot the last step one time and blew out 4 rods through the rear secondary seal in the side intake manifold
