yep, I feel the exact same way
to me I think it's mental health stuff in general
Gen X and before weren't taught how to cope with emotions or issues like that, and people would just hide their emotions or told to "be a man" and shit like that, and that working hard would solve their problems
they don't know how to take responsibility in that regard, and I think the lack of responsibility from parents pervades our society directly into government and politics which is why we see little funding for mental health, healthcare and so one
effectively it just feels like the remnants of the 'American Dream': just work and follow this guide and your problems will be solved
the reality is that human society itself evolved quickly and hasn't had time to mature, and this is especially true of civilization: we are so early into the potential of humanity and civilization that we're practically in our infancy, and we simply haven't developed widespread ways of dealing with things, emotionally or systemically
we're just wild animals right now, only barely contained by shiny things and promises

I'm glad I'll never bring children into this world
whether I transition or not, I would hate the make a creature suffer at my hands

I've liked him for awhile now
he draws nice cocks
not quite as good as chunie, but still great

I think I found him from one of your posts

I think its not about funding. People just need to look after each other more. Like it used to be. But the way society nowadays functions its an all for himself kinda deal.

well I'm always glad to provide good art for people
it helps being terminally online and having OCD and saving and hoarding furry art compulsively

humans and society itself hasn't really changed in thousands of years
we just have more technology
the only difference between modern society now and ancient Rome are machines

It's extremely easy to be a doomer lately, but I'd say that humanity at least in the Western context has advanced in human evolution terms not just in direct intelligence but also in emotional / moral intelligence.

>upside down for no reason

Why does this keep happening?

Meh to the ring.
I don't think I'm really "into" any furry species.

Would you consider all, some, or none of these to be a net benefit to Western society and humanity?

1.) Science and math
2.) Feminism
3.) Crafting

I like to think I'm a reasonably intelligent and rational person, but I definitely have some emotional instability due to the amount of abuse I've suffered
I don't think I'll ever be "normal", and at worst I have BPD like my mom, but any delusions I might have are just distortions about myself and anxiety I guess
but at least I can admit I'm a shit person, it's hard for most people to admit that, I think

In the past it was not untypical to involve neighbors or friends in family matters. People were generally much more tightly-knit there was also much more trust. In general people living on the same street or even the same village used to support one another in all kinds of private matters. Raising children the right way, keeping families safe by guarding them against bad influences, upholding law and order, taking care of the elderly it was all an effort of many people not just one or two.
To say society and humans haven't changed at all is a bit of a stretch.
You have a lot of cases nowadays that would've been unthinkable hundred years ago. School shooters, babies dying of negligence, people dying and their corpses just left to rot for years.
Back then it would've been unthinkable that something like this happened because it was a community effort to look after one another.

What's beneficial to humanity in general?
>Science
Yes.
>Math
Yes.
>Feminism
If and only if we're talking about the general rubric of humanism in the context of Western Age of Enlightenment moral idealism and classical liberalism: so, feminists fighting for anybody to purchase whatever contraception they want due to free right of property ownership is good, feminists fighting for government censorship due to hurt feelings over certain jokes is bad.
>Crafting
Yes.

I guess, 'it takes a village' and all that, but I wouldn't know
I really don't know where it all went wrong, but it would be stupid to say it was only one thing or the other
it's a collective effort and there are billions of people on this world, so there's bound to be problems as time passes
I just try to be hopeful that it'll get better for humanity
as an individual, I'm not one of he lucky ones who can help society move forward, but it is what it is
