I have mine slightly organized. The main one is just for general shota, then there are subfolders for underwear, diapers, furry, and a few folders for comics. The furry folder also has subfolders for underwear, diapers, and comics.
I could probably create a few more categories, but those are my major ones.

i try to do that but then they get lost again. I have like 4k+ pics in a folder and the scroll bar is tiny
I tried to sort in folders by artist. Then I realised that was slightly silly. But I got too lazy to redo what I already did. So now I just add keywords into the filenames once in a while

I technically have 2, since I have lots on my phone. And they are not shared so it can take my forever to find a specific pic again
