Casual war observer here, but I think NATO would absolutely spank the shit out of Russia. They're spread so thin in Ukraine and already having major supply line issues. A few surgical strikes and we would have absolute air and sea domination. Hopefully force them to surrender without ever having a ground war in Russian territory.

If it stays as simply Russia vs NATO, obviously NATO. Right now, even Russia vs US alone would obviously be a US win. If China got involved and it became WW3 then I don't know, but probably nobody wins at that point anyway

Honestly as russia is getting its shit pushed in by NATO I think China would use it as an opportunity to sieze Russia's east in a "we'll save you from the evil west" justification.

They'd of course fully claim Manchuria as they did in the past and financially/militarly support various "peoples republics" further north giving them the natural resources and access the arctic. It's what I would do.
