What can I do to "increase my brain" (focus, memory etc)? I play games like sudoku, futoshiki and bridges. Also solve some crosswords. What else can I do?

that's quite enough healthy stimulus in my book
what?
I use nicotine and weed vapes and take luvox (sigma-1 agonist) and brexpiprazole

I use two things: SEMAX (iqbase dawt e u) and 0.1g of mushrooms every 3 days. Much better and cleaner than amphetamines, superior emotional resilience and broad picture thinking.
I also workout 6-7 days a week, spend 10+ hours a week meditating, have a perfect diet and try to sleep as much as I can. These 3 are the tripod of productivity. Everything else is enhancement.

What games, OP? What do you do?
IQ is a tricky thing, we got a few types of memory and ways of digesting information. And how good we are at all of these tasks. How efficiently it's all being processed. But, then we got intuition. How good we are at creatively and in a synergy type way, create results out of "thin" air with our brain. You instinctively know what to do if you drop a glass of water. As you see it happening, you try to catch it for example.
To me, it's all in learning how to learn and how to optimize your mind as far as you can with your own position in mind. Disruptive emotions need to be overcome, taken control over, or sufficiently manipulated so they aren't a roadblock to you anymore. Character flaws you got can often be greatly optimized towards a better way, like how efficient you do home tasks or how you prepare for a task you want to achieve. It is however all give and take, and sometimes sacrifices must be made for the tasks you take on. But that's a great part of it all, it's like a game and you CAN get insanely good at it all with great practice.
Learning a second language, breathing properly, exercising sufficiently while listening to podcasts and then reap the health benefit and focus benefits later again after better nights of sleep. Taking on hobbies, work projects or personal jobs that are very demanding mentally or with learning. We know that dementia is seriously much less prevalent in people that know 2 languages as a hard fact, being healthy alongside surely has to help down to the core of being alive right? The rest is about dissecting your own mind and how it functions. Detect all the bad traits, and crush, dismantle or rebuild each and everyone one at a time. My reply to this will be about how fucking retarded i find IQ as a concept, with a good example.
Classical music can really help.
I started to wonder if time as an axis that could be analytically extended to the complex plane. Turns out imaginary time has been theorized by Stephen Hawking.
Try reading about some weird maths to get your brain going. Riemann Zeta, Fourier transforms etc.

It's called neuroplasticity. Create new neural connections and neural cells that promote better mental ability.
keep learning new things, and different ways of doing old things. Dr. House in House does this often when he's not solving tough medical problems

yes and use opioids like him too that should help
IQ really means nothing in the grander scheme of life. There are far more situational and "3D" like ways of learning things in reality. For example with how you can "read a person" or how one best learn something. I know my hard weaknesses in terms of learning, some learn better by reading, listening, or doing. But the combination of these are by far the best. But then again, how do we measure that? You can do practical tests, but IQ tests don't even touch that stuff aside from their predictable 2D picture tests they present us with. If we instead were presented with far more wide and deep problems to solve in reality, we would be able to see how much more these core iq-traits would synergize. And that, is where IQ falls apart to me. Because i know i am a dumbass with bad memory and i read slow, but in this field i am actually insanely good! As in! When i learn my tasks, and finally when i learn all of the stuff i need to learn, i can do the tasks insanely fast and i can do the work extremely quick, efficiently, and well. It's why i can legitimately never tell people "i am good at XYZ" because.... i could fake myself into positions or whatever i guess but reality is that my peak performance is latent. And it's not based on anything that's conventional at all. I am fucking off now. ALSO i HATE YOU all for having better memory than me, bye.
Completely irrelevant to practicing good neural health, but his rationalization for that was definitely not flawed. He never makes a point that isn't good. That's kind of the reason why his underlings and most people that intellectually challenge him can never quite beat him. He has a superb handle on logic.
What kind of meditation? and how to do it? for how long/often. Thanks!
shitting bricks
All of this to say something mostly untrue. IQ correlates directly to success in life. I work in investment banking. Everyone around me is around my relative intelligence level. Every CEO, CFO and founder I talk to is intelligent. The only unintelligent people are the ones doing our admin.
