the sums are legit, so is green day 75 and blink 182.

seems interesting, is that pop? gothic?

very poppy with some tracks, wouldn't really say goth though. one of the few albums where i like every single track though so i highly recommend it

+URETHRA ZAPPER+

will check it out, aside from rock and metal, sometimes you want a soft melody to listen to. godspeed user

there's a lot of variety within the album itself which is what i like a lot about it, it's not just the same energy songs over and over again.
also controversial opinion but paramore's self titled album is my favorite of theirs. listening to Part I then Part II was my favorite thing to do, I even spliced live performances of both into one track and listened to it constantly

also if you're into more pop/gothic (i think i'm using that term correctly in terms of music), then check out pic related. also one of my top albums of all time
see you space cowboy

i think you would be hard pressed to find people who think riot is their favorite album but the. again I am most likely wrong. the album itself is not bad, not to be snobby or hipsterish, if it werent for that album I would have never gotten to know the band, not personally but you know what I mean. the album is very clean, very crisp, great production value, a little too good, whereas all throughout all we know is falling there is this disgusting, murky, very mid centric gouged tone that works so well. it is a disgusting tone, like if link wrays rumble was turned up a bit, giving it that edge, bordering on distortion. Riot is more lighthearted, more aloof, more going into the pop side of things where the band had to appeal to anyone and everyone to make it on the radio, whereas all we know is falling is more sincere, more down to earth, more rootsy, more of them as opposed to paramore the brand. i agree that it is my favorite album as well, brand new eyes was also good in a different way, a little more indie, i dont really like indie but it kinda fit well. definitely where the band evolved, the songs are more fleshed out and a little more bubblegum on some tracks. the bass tone on brick by boring brick is fat, real fat. i like it.
