Live in car

>live in car
>work at McSharts
>eat cheap non perishables (peach cups, granola bars, etc.) along with water jugs stored in trunk
>go to dry cleaners once a week (2 duffel bags, one for clean and one for dirty clothes)
>planet fitness membership, daily showers and treadmill time
>park overnight in a random parking lots to sleep
>spend my off time either on laptop in random restaurants or hiking
>currently sitting on a nice $45k stash from 2 years of this
I have never felt better, I exercise every day and have little to no expenses whatsoever. Furthermore in the next couple years I’ll have enough to buy a house outright.

Near little routine you got there, bud. Known many cases like this, it’s honestly good temporary lifestyle for grinding as long as the car is stable. Nomad winnings

Based

Based

so you gonna buy house with 90k ? give me call when you do

>nearly every parking lot has no overnight parking
>have to find a spot where you can shit and use the bathroom in the middle of the night
>driving everywhere when gas is this costly
>having to run the battery for AC or heat
>sitting in your own filth all day
>constantly on the move with no time to just kick back and relax

But keep living in your own fantasy world. Take it to real life and it's not nearly as good.

What a life

t. renter

And then yer car breaks down. Also sugar goat it all you want but yer a literal hobo.

>wagies not paid enough to give a fuck about overnight parking, most stores close at 11
>take a piss into grass if I have to, find nearby 24h gas station/rest stop if I have to shit
>you would already have to drive to and from home for work, and the added gas costs+food/membership/dry cleaners/hygiene products is still nothing in comparison to a mortgage/electric/water/etc. bill
>have heavy sleeping bag for winter and sleep under light sheet in summer, alarm clock set for morning. Pretty routine-oriented and haven’t missed it.
>not sitting in my own filth, I take daily showers after work.
>I watch Netflix on my computer by using the WiFi of whatever store I park by before bed.

Not fantasy you lobeless shitstabber, this is real life

>park overnight in a random parking lots to sleep
almost believable until this part. I parked in an abandoned lot full of potholes with no businesses around and came back to a parking ticket. they have eyes everywhere.

So you're a bum basically

>not sitting in my own filth
This is how I know you're bullshiting me. You say you wash your clothes once a week. That means you have 6 days of McDonalds smelling grease infested clothing just sitting around your car on top of the clothing you use for hiking on top of your smelly ass shoes.

Not OP but I've got a beat up rusty Ram 1500 van that has been referred to as a rape/murder/kidnapper van and I occasionally park in parking lots at night to drink and watch YouTube when I don't feel like going home and nobody bats an eye. Last job I worked had a Grand Am abandoned in the parking lot for two months and nobody said shit until it just disappeared one day. There are plenty of places that you can park indefinitely and be fine.

Only 45k saved from 2 years of basically zero expenses. MEGA KEK, what do you make like 8 bucks an hour? My sides hurt you poorfag. You make more begging in some places than that

Not in the US and Canada there isn't. Particularly in the US tow companies nutt when they get in good with businesses because they are their lifeline to money. Business sees a car that is parked over night or has been an hour in a 15 minute parking they call the tow company in a heartbeat.

>>currently sitting on a nice $45k stash from 2 years of this

You guys are so autistically deranged you need to lie anonymously lolol why bro.. just admit.. maybe.. just maybe.. ur getting close to 20gs but most likely 9k

I was thinking the same thing. Unless he's doing this in a rural town. Then that will by one of those apartment size box houses which can work as a starter for a single guy. If in city its possible to buy a ghetto house for this but it will only devalue further unless he gets an inside scoop that fags are interested in the area..

I make 60k a year doing nothing and living in a fairly big house with 2 cats.

By nothing I mean I was retired at 23. I'm 33 now.

If you live in the middle of nowhere I guess it’s not a problem? I live in a major city and yeah they are always hunting

That kind of stuff doesn't exist in rural areas. I'm in a small city in SW Virginia and parking tickets are non existent. Cops are super tow-happty if you've left a car on the side of the road but otherwise the worst case scenario is they tell you to leave.

oh you stayed in your vehicle. I abandoned mine and left it overnight. guess that's the difference. also it was a civic so easy pickings.

I've had a a couple friends who lived out of their car for a while. One did it in between housing situations to save some money. The other did it just for the experience. My wife also lived out of her car for about a month in her early 20s when a move out of state didn't work out the way she thought. They all did it basically the way you are.

They all have the same things to say: it wasn't as hard as expected, but they missed the security of having 4 walls. If you're walking the earth, go for it, but if you're general staying in the same area, there's better ways to get bigger numbers in your bank account. Working at min wage and pinching those pennies by cutting out all possible conveniences sounds like a lazy, incompetent, sad way to build what you might think is wealth.

Do it up, I just think you're wasting your time doing this if it's ultimately in the name of saving/having money.
