The name of a bill is usually the opposite of what it means.
Among other things, the IRS is getting $127,000,000,000 to be able to audit more people. They're not going to go after people with the money to keep them wrapped up with lawyers, though. I suspect a lot of small businesses and tipped workers are going to be getting audited.
The reason why the IRS targets small businesses and lets the wealthy off the hook is because they don't have the funds to take on the lawyers of the wealthy, so maybe this will change things.
