ever wonder why they never win shit? nation of cucks, to win at football you need to stop giving a shit about everything

the plebs can't be protecting themselves and must rely on daddy government to do so

>Sentencing him at Liverpool Crown Court on Friday, Judge Andrew Menary QC said: "Jordan Brophy was no angel, he had a number of previous convictions and was under investigation for other matters at the time.

>"Whatever he was doing on the night, he plainly did not deserve to die as he did."

>The court heard that the arrival of the burglars was picked up by Townsend's Ring doorbell app, to which he rushed back home carrying a large kitchen knife, accompanied by his younger half-brother.

>Upon arriving home, he then proceeded to repeatedly stab Brophy, who died at the scene from his injuries.

>"On any level, the unlawful violence used by you was truly shocking," the judge added.

>In a statement which she read to the court, Brophy's mother Lisa Ward said: "Jordan was by no means perfect and innocent but never did anyone ever, ever, have the right to take him from me."

>She added that Mr Brophy had taken the 'wrong path in life' following his firing from a job at Jaguar Land Rover, where he had worked with her, and had mental health problems.

>Ward said that her son had been waiting more than two years for a mental health referral, and that he had an appointment with a psychiatrist on November 4 - but died before he was able to attend.

Of course the burglar is the victim here. Goddamn England

This wasn't a self-defence stabbing, it was an unhinged frenzy. He also stabbed a nearby innocent man who had nothing to do with the break-in. The thief who died was stabbed in the head and the knife snapped, leaving blade fragments in his brain and eye

Sounds based

If you dont wanna die dont break into someone’s home

Not to defend him, but you have no idea how you might act or react in a situation like that.

Literally he dindu nuffin

is stabbing an sport?

In England, yes

Is the criminal penalty for robbery death? Even if it was, is a random citizen allowed to be judge/jury/executioner? No one who supports this kind of thing ever actually thinks about it.

>out shopping with his family
>gets a ping on his phone from his home security system
>sees 3 scrotes in his house
>doesn't call the police and get them to deal with it like a normal person would
>instead he drives home and stabs one of them to death in a berserker frenzy
Should've been life for murder.

>If you dont wanna die dont break into someone’s home
This. Not even remotely controversial.

Endemic cuckoldry

If it was me I would've used my katana and cleanly sliced all of their heads without even damaging my blade

I’m sure he wasn’t thinking logically in the moment it happened. But breaking into someone’s house is an act of extreme provocation. If someone is willing to break into your home while you’re there, you can reasonably assume that they’re also willing to do serious harm to you. In such situations should you take preventative measures it neutralise them, or should you wait until they do harm to you or your loved ones?

Based

posting anything after this is absolete
the guy wanted to kill. simple as

>doesn't call the police and get them to deal with it like a normal person would
Yes, UK police are famous for attending burglary call-outs….
They tend to only send the heavies round if someone’s posted something offensive online.

>Mr Brophy suffered "multiple stab wounds" inside, some of which "would almost certainly have proved fatal on their own".

>He was knifed in the outer edge of his left eye, with the weapon severing his right optic nerve and piercing the skull on both sides. The blade was "wielded with such force" that it snapped, with a portion of the knife remaining lodged in his brain.

>Mr Brophy was then stabbed again "a number of times" before another blow entered just above the right eyebrow, leaving a further section of the knife behind. Townsend is then said to have "attempted to run him over in a car", but missed and crashed into a garden wall.

>The prosecution said the burglar was then pinned against a Fiat 500 and stabbed in the neck three times with the "remnant" of the same knife. An ultimately fatal blow severed his jugular vein, causing "immediate and catastrophic blood loss".

Well above and beyond what anybody could argue as 'reasonable force'. The goods being stolen weren't the type you can claim on your home insurance - Class A drugs

gigachad: takes justice with his own hands
peasant cuck: expects the police to do something when they won't

lol they attend in minutes for break-ins in progress, mong

It’s cute that you think this.

Well don't be a fucking theif and maybe he wouldn't have gone on a unhinged frenzy. The thiefs family should pay him reparations

>Class A drugs

there we go. the missing ingredient in the story.

>The thief who died was stabbed in the head and the knife snapped, leaving blade fragments in his brain and eye
Good, wish all burglars would end up like that

No one was home. He traveled there with the purpose of punishing them for breaking in. And it clearly wasn't self-defense.
"He wasn't thinking logically in the moment" is not really a legal defense in this kind of case.

Yeah having read this particular case, the charges now make sense.
