The doctors started an empirical antibiotic therapy with Gentamicin and Ciprofloxacin.
They suspect the strain currently growing inside Coreys blood is S. Aureus although it might also be Haemophilus. They started IV antibiosis.
Also Corey is currently receiving intravenous Midazolam for sedation and Norepinephrine to stabilize thim hemodynamically.
Currently Corey is no longer conscious after his blood pressure dropped rapidly.
He has been moved to intensive care unit for critically ill patients.
The fractured femural bone has been addressed by surgeons already but currently the raging sepsis is threatening Corey not the fracutred bone.

Wonder if he was vaccinated? The jab badly weakens the immune system. Just read an article today that a highly revered heart surgeon in Japan went on record warning about serious immune issues due to the vaccine. Heart surgeries in Japan are failing at high rates due to infections and other complications after the surgeries. People are more susceptible to infections and complications now. He said in numbers he has never seen before.
Remember that Doctors in Japan don't pull shit like this. In Japan its considered career ending to go against the common belief of your profession. For a Doctor to do this is career ending over there and he still wrote the medical board and publicly stepped forward..
