Yea, probably. Go out for a run, start off slow obviously. Get a gym membership for some weight/resistance exercises. Eat better. Etc

This is advanced venous stasis dermatitis and it's actually fairly difficult to lose limbs from this, assuming there aren't underlying arterial issues. Once you get compression and treat the underlying vein disease people recover from this pretty quickly. Their legs are going to be permanently scarred and discolored but they won't be weeping or nearly as swollen.

Tried that and failed. I even ran a 5k...twice! but ultimately my love of food always wins over. I wonder if losing a leg is that bad??
