>HE SAYS AS HE POSTS A PHONE SCREENSHOT

>my tech from 2022 needs a connector from the 1950s that has its origins in the 1870s
the absolute state of legacy boomer dipshits

>my tech needs shitty, unreliable garbage technology because i'm too insecure, young, and stupid to use established technology that just fucking works
the absolute state of the dumbest generation

I know this is bait but both the electric motor and internal combustion engine are more than a 100 years old and I bet you own or use at least one of those. Just because it's old doesn't mean it's useless.

my phone from 2022 has a headphone jack

So this is the power of 2022?

>lossless audio over a 100+ foot range with bluetooth 5.1
>no
>I need a shitty 100 year old phono connector with microphonic cables that pick up noise, stop working if you bend the tip the wrong way, and are sold at a 100x premium from china
ok dad

Use to really want this as a feature till I realized good enough wireless headphones are like 10-15 bucks, and for flights I use my noise cancelling ones. 9 times out of 10, I never get close to battery being 20% or less.

I still have some wired ones, but can go either way now.

>Must recharge in order to continue using it
You means, buying a new one

I bet nowhere in that obviously paid article does it mention that bluetooth only recently adopted the LC3 codec which 99% of bluetooth headphones still don't support. Bluetooth is finally not going to be absolute dogshit for things like watching video anymore but holy shit did it takes its sweet sweet time. It's not going to be anywhere as good as a dragonfly USB DAC and a wired paired of headphones though.

I'm gonna be honest user, my bluetooth noise cancelling headphones sounds pretty much as good as my HD650s, just in a different way since they obviously aren't open cans.

99% of people listening to shit on their cellphones are pulling music from YT, soundcloud, or some streaming app that's shit quality anyways.

lmao i can't even

I'm primarily talking about latency. Aggravating issue with current bluetooth when watching movies because of the massive 200-300ms of lag incurred by current bluetooth codecs. Are you at least pairing your cans with a dragonfly USB DAC? Which is honestly considered an insult to most audiofools.

You and everyone still can't hear the difference, but you pretend you do.
Don't @me, cuck

see post above you fucking grasshopper

No one is really going to notice, care, or bother.
> massive 200-300ms of lag incurred by current bluetooth codecs.
This depends where the receiver is, if it's like airpods where the re transmitter is in the case, sure. Can be different with an actual wireless headset, most normal people don't even notice it when gaming. Do you honestly think people give a shit?

It works well enough, unless you're really that autistic at lip reading during a video you won't notice anyways.

> lossless
> interoperable
> bluetooth
Choose any two. Aptx and aptx hd only works with select Qualcomm chipsets happening to be exclusive to flagship chink phones, and reverse engineered in pipewire. Not even these are lossless or transparent to cd. They are good enough (tm) vs mp3 128 ripped from youtube and listening to spotify.

waste of trips. NOT lip reading is EXTREMELY autistic.

People use wireless headsets to do conference calls all the time and don't care
People use wireless headsets to game and do not care
People use wireless bluetooth speakers with their TV and do not care

I'm not saying there aren't better options out there but in reality it's barely noticable overall. Who cares about a 100ms latency when simply listening to music or taking a call, you won't know it's there unless running some stats during it.

You know we video chat now, right?

>are sold at a 100x premium from china
What did he mean by this? Bluetooth headphones are way more expensive

Yes that was implied in "conference calls" being that of video and audio. Most people can barely get their 3 or 5mp laptop shit cam working, while streaming over wifi, and you're concerned about bluetooth?

come on man...

Galaxy S21 cuck here. I miss the headphone jack, REALLY miss the SD card slot, and miss the replaceable battery. Fuck corpos man
