Japanese guys often times are interested in non-Asian women but black women usually do way better than white women in Japan because they aren't entitled and actually make an attempt for the guys they are interested in. Japanese guys complain about outgoing Japanese women but tend to like it in foreign women.
Most of the black girls I met that lived out there usually had long term Japanese boyfriends if they had any interest in Japanese guys. I met very few white women that did, although more of them were open to Japanese guys than the black girls.
