A real good lock for my door + a bunch of other locks and a lockpicking kit (again I'm curious).
A garage with a car and tool to dive into mechanics are optional, not a driver. But a soldering station is mandatory man.
A distillation/brewery room with all the equipment.
I would also definetly buy a bunch of vps for hosting.
