Most (not all) ICP fans I've met are trashy af. I was never a fan of any nu metal or that shit and I think it's due to the type of kids who were into it when I was a kid - anger issues, not very bright future serial killer vibes etc.
I did watch the ICP interview with nardwar and they seem really nice and rad. So yeah the clowns themselves seem cool and shit but not my type of music and the fanbase is annoying af.
