you can use filters but it’s nearly impossible to filter out everything. The whole site is flooded with POS coomers. Or you can use 4channel.

Go to one of the 4channel domain boards
( blue boards e.g. /x/ - Paranormal - because you are )
and only access other boards from the blue board hyperlinks
(at the top and bottom of the catalog or thread view pages)
That will remove almost all the NSFW posts from your view, however your definition of NSFW probably differs from Any Forums(nel)'s definition, so you
also need to use the
> [ Filters & Post Hiding ] facilities ;
that can be found by opening the
> [ Settings ] link (top right and bottom right of the page, in thread view)
then decide on the keywords that can best identify the types of post that you don't like and enable that degree of filtering that you desire..
If you still find yourself dissatisfied with the content, maybe Any Forums(nel) isn't for you and you should go to another site that is more stringently moderated to your own "holier than thou" moral standards.

Just google it. Any Forums-x.net
You install any script extension like violentmonkey, tampermonkey or greasemonkey and then install that 4chanX script.
Or use the extension right away.
And then you set it up to your likings - there is a setting for almost everything.
You add a bunch of filters that hide these threads on a second catalog page.
And you can also highlight some threads that match for them to always show at the top.
I tried to upload it the usual paste sites but that list gets flagged as spam.
So here is a text file of the comment filter:
