I have over 5 million in assets. Less than quarter of that I earned myself, as I inherited a business and 2 houses. I was already doing fine prior to that, but I quit my career to "run" my father's business. I dont really do anything there though. I also rent out one house through AirBnB and the other is rent paid in cash by college students. Being financially set is nice, but its also boring and unmotivating.
