15 or 25 bucks or so, and I get a crash maybe 4 times a year, almost always while trying to do something stupid or running a peabrained gamedev's code.

I used to run Windows 10 Home and experienced shit like this all the time. I went to LTSC and now I don't. But it's still less stable than the Linux servers I get paid to sysop. My opinion about the pay with your time meme as a person who gets paid literal money to spend his time fucking with Linux is that it's a minimal investment. Once you get things set up how you want there's not much you need to do after.

I haven't had a legit blue screen in probably over a decade. Just how incompetent is Any Forums to run into them constantly?

Techlead btfo

Never had this problem. I'm starting to think Any Forums is just full of redditors at this point

Another retard that's too stupid to tell Windows not to automatically restart from updates lmao

That's what Windows fags always say. It's somehow your fault when shit goes wrong. Searching the errors it gives you on Google often gives you all kinds of different possible solutions. Even if it rarely happens if it does you could be looking at a lot of downtime. I haven't had any major issues over the past 2 years just some hard crashes that took down my whole system that could be solved by rebooting. I am very thankful too because if something went wrong I could be spending entire days trying to figure out how to fix it. I find troubleshooting Linux issues to be a lot more straightforward. The people who write about them on various websites are a lot less retarded too. You're less likely to see someone write out the exact problem you're experiencing then reply "nevermind I fixed it" without explaining how.

shouldn't happen in the first place

>It's somehow your fault when shit goes wrong
Works on my machine. It is your fault.

The average person is a complete and total mong so I disagree

You see what happens as a result of IT departments of major corporations and government organizations running unpatched Windows and you can fully understand why it's so fucking obnoxious. Grandma's laptop getting raped by wannacry damages the overall reputation of the software in the eyes of normies.
