How do we fix the name of Linux os so that GNU project gets a proper credit?
Or it doesn't deserve it?

we don't because the creator of it wouldn't like us to

Be sure to say it out loud for the full effect
Who the hell is Steve Jobs?
No one on this board has ever called it GNU/FreeBSD, they just call it FreeBSD and nobody cares. The same should apply to Linux.
We get it. Free software is useful and only came about because of extreme autism, hence differentiating it from just open software. Don't make the naming convention autistic, tho.
>No one on this board has ever called it GNU/FreeBSD
Why exactly would they call it that?
just Linux is fine desu
just GNU is fine desu
just GNU/Linux is fine desu
You can use GNU utilities with BSD, user.
Adam husband or something

GNU parallel
They don't come OOTB, right?
So why would anyone refer to the OS as GNU/FreeBSD?
What was debian GNU /kBSD user? Just because you weren't here doesn't mean it never happened.
Linux is a kernel.
Is a Linux distro with musl libc and Busybox still GNU/Linux? I wouldn't think so. GNU is not inherent to the Linux kernel. It shouldn't get half of the name.
>GNU is not inherent to the Linux kernel
The linux kernel is literally licensed under the GNU General Public License (version 2).
And fsf trannies will forever be seething that it will only get version 3 the same year they finally become women.
