I use one called "to mp4 video converter" and it's pretty straightforward. Haven't used it heaps bit have converted a few with pretty good success.

Yeah it's a bit of fiddling around but gets the job done. I dont use it alot so it's not too bad but would probably get annoying if you wanted to make alot of webms
