I bought a Dareu A950 tri-mode mouse off of Aliexpress. Dareu's MSRP is $80 and I paid $68 for it.
I'd have happily paid full MSRP for this because it kicks the shit out of pretty much any other mouse with wireless and a charging cradle. 88g weight, five DPI presets, the charging cradle is unobtrusive and blends in on a desk (with RGB lighting if you want it to stand out) but roots down pretty firmly wherever you put it and holds the mouse snugly while it's in use, also acting as a USB hub for the receiver. Battery capacity is touted as high but I haven't had enough time to use it yet to actually check that. Mouse shape is good, there is a button on the underside for Bluetooth pairing and a compartment to hold the USB receiver for travel or storage.
It didn't have a link to any software in the box but it does have software on dareu.com. I actually really like the software, it's less than 5 MB installed, doesn't send or receive any internet traffic so it's not spying on you, you can rebind all the buttons on it, set macros, set debounce time and lift-off distance, change the DPI, polling rate, sensitivity, scrolling speed, double-click speed. It's also the only way to change the RGB effects on the mouse or turn them off to prolong battery life.
This is a really good mouse! I'm going to look at their mechanical keyboards next, I'm thoroughly impressed with the brand going by this mouse.
does that software let you do/use different macros according to how you use a single button? for instance execute macro1 when you click mouse3, execute macro2 while holding mouse3 and execute mouse3 when releasing mouse3 that's the killer feature from lg hub keeping me glued to logitech

No, the software doesn't support context-sensitive macros like that. It's mostly for keyboard commands and small sentences, and the only way you can assign a macro is as a button function in another menu.
>re: diy electronics kits gonna end up going for this thing: aliexpress.com/item/2251832858493971.html . has a lot going for it, especially the nice case, and seems like a better model than the other one for less money. hard to beat that price. may try and USB-C mod it bc fuck barrel plugs
Are you the poster from earlier today, bout soldering practice? Looks cool, I got a unit very similar (slightly different form factor) I'm sure it's the same hardware. I haven't messed with it much but it was fun to put it together
Adrian Bennett
Yeah I am, and it seems like a solid project, nothing too complicated. Aren't even putting in chips on this version.

You can get a diy signal generator kit for few bucks too, it's about the same level of assembly
software looks like the exact same as aula, just with different graphics. Does it need to be on for macros to work or is it like aula where everything is saved on the mouse itself?
so now I'm looking for a decent software to write SIM cards... that's up-to-date what I don't get is that their prices are all over the place, and they don't offer the amazon version on ali at all.
I assembled that one several years ago, it's pretty neat as soldering practice, but pretty useless as an actual scope unless you're teaching kids electronics or something.
