How quick did it happen and is it painful?

I don't feel super comfortable posting a picture of my balls here, no matter how disfigured they are atm.
It hurts on about a 3/10 scale if it's moved at all. It's been a little uncomfortable for about a week. The swelling exclusively happened yesterday and today though.

No I have no idea what happened! I thought I felt a small, pea sized lump (around, not on the testicle) at the onset of irritation. Now, it's too swollen to feel even that.

The doctor came in, felt around and she said she didn't THINK it was testicular torsion, so I would have to wait until later today to get an ultrasound. It's frustrating because there is still a chance it is, and that means my testicle could be dying right now.
