Some russian (the IP is from Moscow) apparently made a working mirror of the whole Wikipedia, and I mean every version of the wiki, in every language.
The only difference is, it's slow as fuck and it adds "(Neo-Nazi)" whenever the term "Ukraine" is mentioned. It pops up in Yandex from time to time.
