I teased around a few ideas hear and there, but currently I've landed on using a google spreadsheet for personal use, so I can easily put more in when I get em, have them organized, then I just add details like condition, original or greatest hits, and whether or not it has the manual.
Fore this, I just copied the titles over to a google doc, then shared a page at a time. Otherwise it was too many lines lmao

Check out Tokyo Extreme Racer 3. One of my all time favorite games. It is a street racing game set in Japan. You have to cruise around and find your opponents. When you race you have health bars like in a fighting game. If you fall behind your health drains faster and faster the more behind you get. Same with the opponent. Crashing into a wall or other traffic or the opponent takes big chunks of health.
Tons of modifications and body kits. Also has a really unique painting ability that gives you pixel by pixel control of what your car looks like. You can draw literally anything.
Mr Mosquito is another great game. You play as a mosquito in a house and you have to fly around and suck people's blood. You suck blood by spinning the joystick. Too fast and they feel it and swat you. Too slow and they might see you and swat you. You can run away by flying behind furniture etc. Air vents and fans blow you out of control and they use sprays and anti-bug incense and the smoke hurts you. Really unique game.

it is just hard to go wrong with the ps2. the games just hit so many sweet spots. i used to pick up and play the boss fights in kingdom hearts 2 final mix often. the ps2 had great action games in a lot of different genres. it had some great superhero games, too, like spiderman 2, ultimate spiderman, and the incredible hulk: ultimate destruction.

There are a TON of bad ones tbh, but a lot of them are bad in a way that's so bad it is good. Like, even if the game isn't good, occasionally a couple of buddies of mine will come over, crack open a couple drinks, and we'll just play them laughing our asses off.

nice start but the fact you got atv offroad fure 1-3 as well as alvin and chipmunks, but you DONT have dead or alive im honestly kind of dissapointed. just be careful about this kind of project user. i dont think ur aware how vast the ps2 library is. their last game was made in 2012..... that system had an insanely long life due to its popularity, not to mention fact they were very generous with game devs back than. back in the 80s and 90s you could make literally anything into a video game and put it on sega, atari, or super nintendo. they stopped that in the later part of 90s but than ps2 revisited this concept on their console thus expanding their library beyond the rational means anyone has. you got a very long and expensive journey down your road. may odins wisdom and strength guide you.

Oh trust me, I am veeeery aware, 243 games in and I have barely scratched the surface.
I have an emulator, I just also really like preserving them. Spending a little bit when I catch some for a cheap price, I've never had to go hungry because of my collection, I also have a few of the PS2 accessories. I just enjoy collecting them, it makes me happy.

this is a game about a samurai who had all his body parts taken by fiends, and now he has guns and swords for arms and shit. and as i recall most or all of the game has the quality of an escort mission. i like to think of it to the spiritual successor of rising zan: samurai gunman on the ps1.
