because Any Forums is the ONLY Any Forums board that is ACTUALLY defined:

as being a board where multiple forms of pornography CAN be posted and MUST NOT BE POSTED ELSEWHERE on Any Forums(nel).
Also those other boards have very strict "Board Specific Rules" defining what sort of porn is allowed on the board and on-board "stickies" that further restrict what is acceptable on the board.
All categories of porn, that it allowed to be posted ANYWHERE else on Any Forums is also alloed to be posed on Any Forums
so it makes sense to use Any Forums exclusively for porn rather that continually shifting between narrowly defined genres of porn might be allowed on multiple other board.
