If you noticed something about my posts is that I try not to leave a trail, I'm connected to TOR ALL DAY LONG, not just one hour, all day long, I have a docker container connected to TOR and I use it as a socks5 proxy, so the government won't detect that I'm doing some unusual visit to tor, also use bridges, I created a script to automatically grab new bridges from time to time, I also check for the container's health with a cronjob, if the container suddenly disconnects I just restart it with a custom configuration to a torrc file, exit and entries node are very important, do not choose US as the entry node, but don't be a retard and pick north korea or bulgaria only, leave your computers running 24/7 so that they won't notice anything weird, if they come home I'll just say "yeah I left my computer there running all day", also, security by obscurity, a lot of people criticize because they say it's not safety and even though they are right, keep in mind you're dealing with dumb cops and maybe some decent programmer which the dumb cops call "the hacker", so hide your trail by having open wifis, I personally have an open WIFI router which allows me to set up different wifis with 1 router, and allows me to disconnect all the other devices from each other, so they won't be able to see 192.168.1.3/4, they'll just see their own host, and that's the open wifi, if the cops ever show up, I'll just play dumb and say "oh shit i don't know bro maybe my neighbors they are using my wifi", encrypt all of your data, I personally use LUKs and have a yubiko device (pic related) that contains the actual LONG AS FUCK password to decrypt the data, and I have in a very secret place in my house, I do remember once some cops knocking on my door and I got scared as fuck and I said "wait a second", went back in, rebooted my laptops and went back, they were asking for a missing boy and they wanted to know if I had seen him, but now I live paranoid

When you access tor sites a certain amount of data goes to and from your place and the seedy site's place. They don't actually know who you are, but they can tell when someone was accessing an illegal site in your area based on data input and output patterns. Someone else likely accessed Tor around the same time as you within the same area for cp. They likely saw that you were also using Tor based on your data patterns but because you only used Tor at certain times, they got ahold of your personal accounts based on the data patterns' potential IP addresses. You were just a suspect, and they assumed you did it. They didn't actually know who it was who viewed cp but your reddit comments unfortunately confirmed their suspicions
