The % means size, its 65% the size of a normal keyboard.
Meaning it's missing Numpad, home keys, F keys and such.
A 60% keyboard would be missing all of that including the arrow keys.

Just a waste of space, I don't need a numpad or the F row.
The 60% ones have served me perfectly for the past 6 or so years and I dont really have a reason to back to full sized ones.
Keyboards are all keyboards in the end regardless of the size heh.
There are Full Size keyboards, Tenkeyless, 75%, 65%, 60%, 40%.
And so on.

Tenkeyless ones aren't uncommon in the gaming world, they are probably the most common.
60% ones used to be niche a good amount of years ago but they have been catching up in popularity quite rapidly.
Im quite surprised you haven't at least seen one without a numpad.
