It's territory, this shit's been happening for nearly a decade. There's a group of people in Ukraine that want Russia to take back control and Putin's not gonna say no to a little more control.
Because of NATO's intrest of Ukraine being members and active in pursuing that, Putin was given a choice: Wait and hope they don't join NATO, pull out all together, or invade now before Ukraine became a NATO state.
Anyone in the western world whom is shocked by Russia's invasion is either brain dead and/or disingenuous.
Either way, the invasion is a direct reaction to NATO's unnecessary expansion and agression close to the Russian Border.
Or, this whole thing is a charade and zelenski and Putin ate staging this whole thing to troll the west out of a shit tone of money and resources to invade us with later.
Either way there needs to be a culling of the current western leaders. Bloodshed is preferable but not necessary.

This is the most defensible line(closest thing to a chokepoint) between western(NATO) and eastern(Russian-bloc) Europe. We were invading their sphere of the world through political influence rather than military influence. They're just securing it again.
