I have an 8th gen Gigabyte motherboard with a pentuim gold processor, some basic ram. Gigabyte H310m DS2 2.0, intel gold pentuim I wanted to create a fresh installation with Winblows 10 using a pirated custom installation via usb. The first time around, it gave me a heads up that I have a prioritized legacy BIOS bootload, so I need to disable CSM Legacy. I did this, and it stopped the motherboard from working, giving me five short beeps. I looked this up, and according to gigabyte's website, the clock speed sync failed for the processor. I hard restarted via CMOS clear on the pins, went and changed the flash drive to legacy mode, but now the installation for winblows 10 doesn't see the driver information off the USB stick. Could it be the motherboard is shit since gigabyte blows, or it being a pentuim? I have never used anything weaker than an i3.

Performance is indefensibly bad on either platforms
Pc part picker didn't have the exact 1060 hence why i'm using the founder edition version. Also didn't have the exact psu, it's the same exact it's 450w version rather than 650.

From what I've seen, that has something to do with lack of directStorage on PC vs the PS5 and so the CPU gets taxed more heavily with asset decompression. Supposedly.

Source? All benchmarks I've seen so far puts the 6900XT around the level of a 3080 pic related doesn't have the 6900xt but you get the idea
