My 401k and “fun money” crypto wallet went to shit, but I’m mostly just starting out and mostly of my liquid assets went into a down payment on real estate functioning as my primary residence. The Zillow estimate on my home is up a bit over 20% since I bought last year - basically doubled my down payment - as long as the market doesn’t nosedive I’m holding up well.

Home equity still very high. Nearly a million dollars. I expect once housing goes for it to get back closer to 650k. I'm down on paper about 80k in crypto. Most of my stonks are down 20%. Just wait 3 years it will all be back and raging hard.
