Watch a yt tutorial and use some dirt or something to practice. That or just use a bong like a real man.

Protip: pinch both corners of the long ends between your index finger and thumbs. Then roll it up like you would a clay worm. It should end up as a tubular shape, like Andy Sixx's log with bits of green in it.

Then, catch the roach-end under the roach, and roll it up into the roach. Then just lick and stick.
