first for shit builds
literally throw shit in case, dont manage shit

Is it possible to run 64GB of B-Die at 3800MHz CL16 or can only 32GB reach that speed because of less dual rank sticks? And does 1800MHz FLCK vs 1900MHz FCLK really make any difference for a 5800X3D in games?

good morning sirs, who else is waiting for 4000 series gpus?

Does brand matter when buying ram and ssd or are cheap brands like kingston as good as the most expensive?

are there any good cheap used mining card stores or is everything just on ebay in a pile of overpriced dogshit together? considering getting a 10 or 16 series to repaste and deshroud then bottleneck with a sandy bridge for good measure but everything still looks way overpriced.

and what should i get instead? keep in mind war with china early 2023 guaranteed chip shortages for years

I still can't decide if I should get a cheaper case and then get a better motherboard

In theory, the huge cache on the X3D should make any memory work just as well. There's probably a few % that you can get out of +100MHz on the FCLK, but if capacity is what you are going for then just get whatever. Higher capacity usually means higher latency (just for the trace length), so you'll have to come to some sort of compromise. FWIW 2x32GB is becoming a standard in the DDR5 kits, so capacity>speed for future proofing.

>spending more than 100 on a case
Nigga, it's a steel box.

Whats the solution if you want bed side gaming like a laptop but with a tower
I bought a cheap laptop hinge and i think im going to buy some planks at home depot.

Is this a good idea?

A normal 3080, thought that was obvious from the conversation

I just want good airflow, what would you suggest? I'd also prefer not to have a window

H510 Airflow, stop posting your fucking list already you autist.

I like talking about it though :(

There's only so many options out there and you've been giving multiple advise already

imagine replying to bait

it's not bait I really just like talking about it and fine tuning my parts, maybe I really am autistic

The longer you wait, the less of a reason you have to buy when we're so close to new hardware gen dropping

Read reviews and learn how to budget instead of spamming your dogshit list. You're never going to buy it, this is a wishlist for christmas you underage faggot.

When it comes to RAM all that matters is Mhz and CL values. With SSDs is more complex.

I'm waiting for black friday

>ssds are complex
?????
That's like saying HDDs are complex because they have different rpms and use cases.

With SSDs you have to look for DRAM cache, TBW, 4k random read/write, sequential read/write, TLC/QLC etc

Might as well unmake the list

>min/maxing ssds
Holy autism. For most people who aren't editing videos as long as it's nvme it's good enough. You're never going to notice the difference unless you're transferring extremely large files.

It's unlikely but I fear the crypto market booming around the same time it releases. It would be just my luck.

thats because you're an irrational newfag

>When it comes to RAM all that matters is Mhz and CL values
Also depends on your CPU

1% difference between 3200cl22 and 3800cl16 on the 5800x3d but if you have a dual CCX CPU like a 5900x then it the impact is much greater.

I see some anons here say to get an nvme with dram while others say it doesn't matter
